Puzzle: Where the frig do I go?
Solution: Go to Russia.
Clues:
-You just got the airplane, so you're looking for air strips.
-Absolutely none. My first time, I walked around Australia a whole bunch.
-When you go to Neotokio, folks in the news building will talk about Dr. Beruga and tell you his general location.
-Someone in Yunkou might have alluded to Beruga.

Puzzle: Where the frig do I go?
Solution: Do the Lab.
Clues: It looks like a dungeon on the map.

Puzzle: I can't do anything on 1F. (And it's dark.)
Solution:
-Go into the 1F east room.
-Switch 1: Go south and take the first westward room. This is the switch for the lights and automatic door.
-Switch 2: Follow the hallway to its end. This is the switch for the elevator to B1.
Clues:
-When you try to use the elevator, Ark suggests that you need to turn the power on.

Puzzle: I'm in the third room of B1. Where do I go?
Solution: You can crawl under the different tank.
Clues:
-It looks different.
-You uh, had to crawl on 1F?

Puzzle: I need to go to B2.
Solution: Hit the switch in the far northwest room on B1.
Clues: You had to hit a switch to get the elevator working on 1F.

Puzzle: I need to go to B3.
Solution: Activate the computer on B2.
Clues: You needed a switch to get to B1 and B2.
