Themes: rhythm games

January Game: Turrican II
February Genre: Flight Sim

Yourself already put this in the general nominations thread. I support his nomination of Sins of the Solar Empire. The game is still 75% at 9.99 until Jan. 4 . I say we take advantage of that. It gives us a chance to do 4X games.
For a February Theme, I'd go with metroidvania. We should've all gotten Shadow Complex for free since a lot of us were in the synctube and it gives us a chance to do a metroidvania game that doesn't have metroid or castlevania in its name. We could always save this for another month but it would be huge waste to not do this game.

EDIT: instead of sins of the solar empire for this month, we could have it as the game for February. It would fit a theme of 4X month. That way, Wariofan and Shouty don't have to go 3 months straight being unable to take part. The decision needs to come early to avoid people having to pay full price.
