Mettaton: Good luck.

Vulkin: Encourage and then spare.

Tsunderplane: Approach. This triggers an attack where the plane flies down the box surrounded by a green aura. Touch the aura but not the plane itself. If you clear enough of these tests, then you can spare it. The count is cumulative between turns, but there are enough opportunities to pass in one phase.

Pyrope: Heat up three times. Watch the wavy text effect!

Madjick: stare at each orb.

Knight Knight: Sing three times.

Astigmatism: Pick on it.

Whimsalot: Pray. You have to grab the green bits, but I don't know if you have to grab both.

Final Froggit: Mystify.

Alphys is very annoying! Why don't you get her number in your cell phone?

The jetpack minigame is similar to the normal combat dodge-the-bullet stuff.

I wanted to jot down notes on their attack patterns compared to their Ruins counterparts.
Final Froggit: Has 2 attacks. A wave of flies that stall then home on you. A frog that jumps at you but unlike the Ruins Froggit, it can jump off the walls and ceiling.
Whimsalot: 2 attacks. Butterflies that circle you. Butterflies that rise from the bottom of the screen in quick succession.
Astigmatism: 2 attacks. Orbs that bounce around and get faster over time. Orbs that spin around a moving center point.

Madjick: 3 attacks. An orb that chases you while spawning crosses. Orbs that spawn in the corner and shoot crosses. 3 orbs that chase you but have screen wrapping. This means instead of colliding with the bottom boundary of the shmup zone, they will move to the opposite side.
Knight Knight: 3 attacks.
