Boss: Spicy Meatball


This stage introduces the fires that trace a line along the floor, generating floor fires as they go. It also introduces fireballs that fly through the air.

In fact, there's one memorable portion where fireballs fly at you while containers explode below. What did you guys think of that part? (It's hard!)

It's a little hard to see, but it's behind that fence at the bottom center of the screen. This one is initially covered in fire, but you've got to crawl to it, so you'll need Danny to ax the path open. Assuming you find all bombs and don't get hit, this is your first chance for the hose upgrade.


A bomb in a boss fight. This is the first bomb that you can get by breaking a window.
