Then I realized how Japanese they were being about it so I restarted and changed it to Doni and now it looks all exotic

Just beat the chapter.

Gave up my goal halfway through since I got bored with it and just wanted to finish as soon as possible...

Yeah, I'm feelin' the same way about my no-kill run. It was really fun, and I even came across a guy who praised me for not killing anyone. But, at this point, I think I've tried every possible hallway, and I don't know how to continue. Maybe I'll come back to Ninja one day for a no-kill run, but for now I'm gonna restart and do a casual run.

Just beat it. The fighting didn't get interesting until the end, and even then battles were pretty one-note. On the plus side, I liked how much there was to see, the plots and subplots were all cool, and I know I missed a lot of stuff. Kinda sucks how obtuse the alternate objectives can be, but playing it straight doesn't totally ruin the experience.
