I want to nominate super mario land 2 for the gameboy.
It gives me an excuse to play that game since I've been neglecting it in favor of other games on my 3DS.

I'll nominate Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for PSP.
Kill big monsters, use their bits to make gear to kill bigger monsters to make better gear... You get the picture. This had the most monsters before 4 Ultimate, the latest MH, so this is a good excuse for me to play it.
EDIT: It also had an iOS port, but I believe it doesn't work with the latest iOS?
