I didn't believe in gahosts until Ark became face to face with some.
There's a large bulb in the room next to yours.
Magirock in the house on the southeast end of the dock.
Do Freedom.
Do Nirlake. Life potion in the southwest house. There's an extra house if you exit to the east!

Gumin is just north of this spot. It's hidden!!
Get wood (three in one go, not one by one; you'll need to leave the forest and reenter) and take it to the guy at the Colorado River.
Stay at an inn. Go back to the river. There's a magirock on the bridge!

Go to Liotto (it's past Evegreen, you'll need to go south from Grecliff). Hang around the festival with Meilin. Meet her at night.

Go to the Liotto pier. Say you'll hunt monsters.

Kill the fishes. Kill the boss fish. Talk to the mermaids, get an engagement ring (you'll need this to get that guy off the bridge to the Great Lakes cave). Get the Sea Spear on your way out.

You've got a boat!

Sea Mail and Life Potion in the South Pole.
Life Potion and 228 gems on Australia. Also Tasty Meat to take to that one guy in Freedom. Also 892 gems.
1403 gems and Luck Potion on one island northwest of Australia.
Speed Shoes and 378 gems on another island northwest of Australia.
Crystal in Africa. 703 gems in the Sahara.

boat, gumin, mermaid tower

Most of these puzzles are about talking to the right person to get events to move forward.

boat puzzles:

need to sleep after bloody mary to have Fyda show up
clues:
-nothing else gets you anywhere
-Columbus tells you the ships sets off tomorrow (but the pier guys tell you they don't let civilians on but don't listen to them because Fyda will get you on the ship)
steps:
-stay in bed

need something to happen on the boat because nothing happens
clues:
-sleep just progressed events
steps:
-go to sleep

gumin:

find the bridge
clues:
-the two trees on the world map signify a bridge (previously seen in chapter 2)
-no other avenue for progression

get the guy to show up at the bridge
clues:
-none whatsoever
-also perel, you always talk to perel
steps:
-need to talk to perel and then meet him in the kids' house

build the bridge
clues:
-guy tells you to get wood from the forest
steps:
-get 9 wood and bring them to him (in any amount)
-logs are underneath the tree stump enemies
space:
-need to cross the world map from middle NA (bridge spot) to northern NA (wood spot, Gumin)
it's misleading that the forest only has two logs - you need to "game the system" and get logs to respawn

mermaid tower

do the bullshit with meilin in Liotto
steps:
-find meilin at pink cloud
-go to the statue
-meilin says to meet there at night so, again, sleep
-now go to the pier and they'll be leaving for mermaid tower
-bug adrian for references to mermaid tower prior to triggering the pier segment
-girl at nirlake (?) mentions her mother becoming a mermaid

great lake cave
steps:
-get the ring from the lead mermaid
