secret platforms???

This is every hidden platform in the game. There are none in the intro stage, the middle stage, or the top right stage in the Japanese version.

Top left stage, health platform:

If (and only if!) you don't get that platform, you can get this one instead, which appears a few screens later and right before the third boss:

After checking GameFAQs to see if I missed anything, I found that the first stage has the only secret breakable wall in the game:

It's that pale-colored orange bit right after the first appearance of the giant walker robots.

Now that's neat. Might wanna go through this again to find those. Do the hidden platforms cost anything?

Yeah, I think the P ones are 100 and the health ones are 300. I have to go back and double check each individual instance to make sure, but you can see in the first screenshots that the health platform cost me 300 there.
