- Buy the 50y transmitter from the Piscataway Marketplace at Sector 1B (12, 7).
- Put the Sinatra tape in the 50y transmitter.
- Turn on the 50y transmitter.
- Visit Doctor Entropy at the Newark Control Tower at Sector 2C (7, 6).
- Give the plastic egg, avocado, paperweight, and lump of coal to The Collector. (He collects antique airplanes, superhero heads, Stephen King first editions, and misshapen spheroids.)
- Go upstairs.
- If you haven't prepared the 50y transmitter, you'll get a chance to talk to Doctor Entropy. If you have it set up and turned on, it'll skip you right to clearing the mission.
